Yoga nidra is a deeply healing and restorative practice combining the benefits of meditation, intention and deep relaxation. Anyone can do it and 1 session is as restorative as 3 hours of sleep. I teach the Amrit method of yoga nidra. All you need to do is lie down or recline somewhere comfortable, close your eyes and listen to my voice as I guide you through different breath, body and awareness techniques. You will effortlessly melt into deep relaxation and find peace of mind and inner stillness. Some of the benefits include: ~ Relief of stress related health issues and burnout ~ Improved sleep quality ~ Clarity of mind and enhanced creativity ~ Relief from anxiety and depression ~ Release of habits and behaviours that no longer serve you You can practice with me from the comfort of your home 8.30pm - 9.15pm Wednesday nights during May. Afterwards you can effortlessly slip into bed, primed for a blissful sleep! I am running these classes on a donation basis to make them accessible for as many people as possible - pay what you can.
