This yoga nidra combines the power of meditation, deep relaxation and intention. You will create an intention which will support you to work with stressful situations and thoughts and release fears and limiting beliefs. You will be guided through different breath, body and awareness techniques that will assist you to restore balance by releasing stress and calming your mind and nervous system. When the body is balanced and free of stress it can function optimally and repair and heal itself.
